Robert Abrams Consulting has helped clients organize and analyze their knowledge. We created a set of concept maps for a client in the power industry. This pilot project demonstrated how concept maps can be used to highlight key relationships in dense technical reports. We built a customer relationship management system for a client in the industrial rubber industry. This customized set of inter-linked databases allowed this company's staff to access client contact information from several remote locations. For another project, we organized thousands of pages of information in a specialized topic area. We also built the website that makes this information available to the public. We have led or assisted with statistical analysis of large datasets, such as analysis of standardized student test scores for a school system with about 100,000 students.
